Step 1 - Concept

The Vision

The Vision takes everything out of your head and turns it into something real. We start with a conversation about your life / your business - how you / your clients move through the space, what bothers you, what you're dreaming of. Then I translate all of that into the layout, the atmosphere, the materials, the colours, the feeling. Room by room.

By the end, you have a clear vision for your space.

What you receive at the end

Two functional layout proposals - different approaches to flow, zoning, and use, so you can choose the direction that fits your life the best.

A moodboard - colours, materials, textures, atmosphere, references, translated into a single coherent image of how the space will feel.

A 3D model - the actual space seen from the inside.

Renders - photorealistic views into each room, as it will look when finished.

Up to 3 rounds of revisions - to refine, adjust, and make the concept truly yours before it’s finalised.

A complete concept file - all documents, visuals, and plans compiled and delivered in a format that can be shared with anyone involved in making it real.

Step 2 - Technical project

This step starts when you go for The Full Project or Fully Guided

The Full Project goes all the way through - from the first layout sketches to the final technical drawings and materials list with pricing. Together, we will specify every detail and make sure nothing is left behind.

By the end, you have a complete design document - functional, visual, and technical - that tells the full story of your space. When the first contractor sets foot on site, they know what to do.

What you receive at the end

Two functional layout proposals + refined final plan - two directions to choose from, then a fully developed layout representing precise spatial decisions.

A moodboard + 3D model + Renders - a complete visual world of the project - atmosphere, colour, materials, textures, made room by room.

Full technical drawing package - everything a contractor needs to build - construction changes guidelines, plasterboard structures, door specifications, electrical wiring layout, wall and ceiling finishes, floor finishes, decorative elements, furniture details.

Detailed bathroom and kitchen design - two most technically complex rooms fully resolved.

Custom furniture guidelines with material specifications - everything a carpenter needs to start building.

Equipment and material list with pricing - a curated selection of products, materials, and finishes specified in the design.

Up to 3 revisions in the concept stage + 4 in the technical stage.

Fully Guided exists for people who want everything to be handled by someone who cares about the outcome as much as they do. I will be with you from the very first conversation to the last site work.

By the end, you will have the complete design vision, technical drawings, and every detail resolved, a realistic budget, a clear timeline, and a curated list of contractors and suppliers during the build.

And, we will see the space come to life together!
