Studio apartment

second-hand shop

Delivered as a raw, empty shell straight from the developer, this space gave us full freedom to design from scratch. We placed the changing rooms in the corner with the least natural light, keeping the brighter areas open for shopping. The shop's concept is built around peer-to-peer selling, with room for around 100 individually rented clothes racks, plus both self-checkout and staffed checkout options. Exposed wiring, ceiling ventilation, and a high ceiling set an industrial tone, echoed in the metal shelving and clothing rails throughout. The changing room zone breaks from this with a richer, more intimate mood - deep bordeaux tones, leather sofas, and red neon signage. A floor-to-ceiling mosaic mirror in the corner multiplies the light and neon glow across the room. The result is a space that feels industrial yet polished - urban, modern, and quietly luxurious.
